Im a soldier headed to iraq, I sold my home with the intention of a PCS upon return, my wife found a luxury townhome (240,000) for lease at 1300.00 per month next to Notre Dame, my problem is the leasing company agent that manages the property is flaky and a realtor told me she was being fired because of her lack to lease the townhomes at 1600 per month. Why are only drama queens available in the dating world, Why not the real or normal ones?

I never dated anyone in my whole life of 38 years and by migrating to USA 10 months back, I thought to give it a try. And within 48 hours of my date with someone from Yahoo Personals, I fell in love. That might look so childish and so immature to anyone but since I was so much full of life myself and so much positive about everything around me, having been on top of everything in life, I never thought I'd fail in loving when I started dating her. I don't have patches and I can't get them because the games computer is different than the internet computer. He's put my whole life(as he sees it)on the internet for all to read. The judge has ordered supervised visits and a psych eval, he hasn't signed the BC yet though, should i walk away with my son?

The best thing you can probably do is to find exuses that are legitimate sounding not to hang out all the time, and over a period of months just gradually decrease it in tiny amounts. Otherwise, next time she says something blunt or jerky respond back! Say "That's a little Harsh! What do you mean?!". Or try Saying "I can't believe you just said that! Be Nice!" Let her know her behavior is disturbing to you-if she can deliberately be "jerky" she should certainly be able to handle knowing you don't think she's perfect. NFL: Shouldn't the refs view any crucial play in the last 2:00 that could decide a game?

I'm unbiased here since I'm neither a Cardinals Fan nor a Packers fan. But after yesterday's Packers/Cards match up I'm still frustrated and worried about the future of the NFL over a few no-calls that would have impacted that game in a major way. There was the no-hold call on the defensive lineman and Fitzgerald's chop block on Woodson that would have both reversed the touchdown. The Helmet to Helmet contact on the play before the the last play of the game. And then the fumble/facemask which could have also been a tuck rule if it hit Rodgers foot after the ball came out. 4 major things that were overseen in the last minutes of the game. I understand that the refs are not going to be able to see every penalty and every turnover etc but it is there job to get it right. A penalty is a penalty. Its the mere principle. There is millions of dollars put into every game ie: Media, salaries, bonuses, transportation, food, alcohol, sports bets, etc. Not too mention the refs wages. To have a game decided because a ref made a mistake his not only tragic but millions of dollars is lost. If I had money on that game and lost because of the no calls I would be furious right now. Look at all the coaches and players that didn't get bonuses and money for there team to play in another game etc. This is a major blow to the NFL and everybody that is impacted by the stupidity of the refs. Something needs to change so they get this right and stop brushing it under the rug. They need to add an additional ref and have that ref make sure there isn't one play that could change the decision of the game that doesn't get watched. My psychological disorders...

Hey im Robbie, I'm 15, and i suffer from chronic depression, severe anxiety, and OCD. Basically the depression is because of my abusive family as a child, the way people seem to hate me immediately after meeting me, and the fact that I'm in love with my best friend and she doesn't love me back. I have a phobia of being abandoned because of past experiences and I'm left with 2 friends, one who is cool when I'm around him just the two of us, but joins the others in going against me if we're in a group; and the other one who I mentioned before that I'm in love with. The OCD is one thing that I have no clue what caused it, but I'm not a neat-freak, everything on my body has to be even though. For example if I bump into a wall on my right side I have to do it on the left side too otherwise I can't function. Another result of this is the way a thought pops into my head and I can't get it out, for example one of the things that bothers me are commercials that show people brushing their teeth (I have no clue why though) and it screws me up for the rest of the day. Basically what I'm asking here is whether or not there's anyone out there just like me? And I'm not looking to start chattin it up with people I just need reurance. But before you answer, lemme set some quick ground rules: no hate mail or anything making fun of me because I have OCD (I get enough of that **** from my "friends") and don't say anything about fake "teen-love" cuz that's complete bullshit. 5 month old leonberger with a soft, squishy, movable lump?

...in terms of pain relief and how this pill will make me feel. My doctor prescribed the extended release 100 mg, once a day. I have had numerous issues with my shoulder for about a year now. I've done some physical therapy and have been prescribed anti inflammatory meds, along with numerous types and strengths of muscle relaxers, usually to strong for me so I use them at night to help rest because they relive the pain but make me sleepy. The new plan is this new prescription to temporarily relieve pain through out the day and night because basically I'm pain 24/7 along with another bout of therapy, then possibly a cortisone shot...kind of looking forward to it (no pain)....forgot to mention I was on steroids for this for about a week and my pain subsided to nothing wich is why we are considering the shot for a longer effect and les side effects than these prescriptions. Now that I've asked a book basically I understand anti inflammatory / nsaids meds, non narcotic pain killers, narcotic pain killers, when I began researching this particular med Its a whole new world, while I will appreciate any answers if any one has a personal experience please let me know what I can expect, I am partially concerned that I do work outside and drive a vehicle to different job sites, I can stay from behind the wheel and from equipment until I know for sure but do I need to be concerned and for warn my boss before I begin this medication.

You need a good gr type. Venusaur is the absolute best, but it might be hard to get without a friend who has already finished the game. I like Victreebel too but it's not nearly as strong as Venusaur. Since you don't seem to care about using legendaries, you can use Celebi, too, but it's even harder to get. Ludicolo is good also, but it's half water which is a drawback, and you have to use TMs because it has terrible moves. You could also use fighting, in which case Hariyama is the best. Ghost is good too, but I wouldn't put one one your team.

My father priced an item at �70 and a woman came down and said that'ss a bit high do it any cheaper and my father said sorry no can do, she left and then my dad noticed it was ercol which ipensive, he researched on the internet that the item we had was going for roughly 200 pounds or more and so he increased the price to 129 pounds, the lady came back that day and said i will take it for 70 and my father said no sorry i've just noticed that it's ercol so i've changed the price you should of took it earlier when it was 70 pounds. the next day when i was working she came down with her husband and said you father said i could have it for 70 so i've come to pay i knew this was wrong and she made a huge fuss shouting about how it was disgraceful that we had increased the price she then left and later came back without her husband she started saying how it was illegal for us to increase the price after we had offered it to her for cheaper. now i heard that it wasn't if a shop had mis priced an item or mistakenly out of ignorance priced it too cheaply we can increase the price for the shop is selling them, we spend money running these shops and we pay employees to work for us and then the fuel to collect items and deliver, we offer free collection of donated goods so therefore i believe that we should be able to increase the price because it increases our profits which in the end increases the amount we donate to charity. So I hurt her again and break her trust. by saying that she's becoming cold. Because she became emotionally numb after I hurt her the first time. This breaks her numbness. So things are good but then I hurt her and lose her trust completely. I let something slip while going off on someone. So she said that we won't be anything more than friends and that she'll never trust me again. But when we get together we do end up kissing and being more than friends. Now we're together. We do love each other. We talk on the phone usually from 4-6 hours at a time but sometimes we'll talk for over 8. our record is over 10 =) We talk all day, everyday. Bad cough once I hit bed?

Last week, it started with headache and bad soar throat...very little cold like symptoms. Then it became better, but I was coninuing to drink cold drinks and talkin louder.. Now I still cough. No fever or tiredness or anything. I have little phlegm. The problem is , last 2 days once I hit bed I start to cough so badly that I just cant sleep. Yest I hit bed at 12 but cant get sleep till 2. I've been noticing of late some divisiveness amongst presumably the Buddhist community in R/S. Terms like "reptilian" and "thumbs down" for legitimate responses (not those intended to be "funny" or "proselytizing" from obviously non-Buddhists) to a serious question seem to be in vogue of late. As practitioners who believe in the teachings of the Buddha disagreement can be done without being inciteful. Perhaps we should, if we disagree with a posting, write a response stating our position rather than taking the anonymous "thumbs down" route or by being derogatory to a fellow practitioner? If Buddhism is truly inclusive regardless of tradition or school, can't we act in a more Buddhist manner? Your thoughts?

Ok i am 19 years old and because of illness i was unable to complete cosmetology school which was going to be paid for by student loans. since i had no choice but to quit, my federal student loans were dropped and now i have about $5000 to pay off. it has gone to a collection agency because i was without a job for seven months and i was unable to pay. i am now employed and make about a $900/month. i have an apartment, credit card bills, student loans from college, electricity bills, and food to pay for. i have tried many times to work with the collection agency and the smallest that they can make the monthly installments is $200! i cannot afford that! i can't afford a financial advisor either. whats worse is that since i can't pay they monthly installments, i am now having legal action against me and they have also attacked my credit score! i need to know if there is a way to avoid bankrupcy and somehow pay them off... please help!

My 'fiance' is acting very distant - to the point where I don't know why he even proposed?

I can't figure this out. He went from being attentive and loving to acting like a jerk over a one year period. It started just before he proposed and just got worse over time. Hello, I have a question. I just found out today, that my wifes nease got hit really bad on her arm and it left about an adults palm bruse on her shoulder by her step father. My nieces mother, tried to do the right thing several times to get him to go to counseling. But he is getting worse, and only acts like an inocent bystander everytime he had to go to court or counseling. They are to my understanding separated, but the husband keeps on forcing his way into the house and yells and intimditates and threathing their family. An from everything i have been told, he is even to the point where he follows her everywhere to find out what she is doing, and keeps on trying to get her mad at us for trying to help her out. Since My sister in law is like to scared to make a report, for what ever the husband keeps telling her, Can I being the uncle in law or my wife since that is her nease and the mother is her sister press charges for domestic violence against him for the abuse he does to the daughter and for my sister in law im guessing that she for sure has to be the one to speak up when he keeps on breaking into the house or can we act on her behalf to since she is to scared, and her responce to everything is i don't know what to do. I ask because the girls step father is getting worse, and everything that happens between him and my sister in law, he takes it out on her. The girl even as i speak to her somethines, her responce was not to worrie, that it is only going to last one more week, and everything points to running away from her home.Please advice as to what we can do, and who we can contact to put a stop to this persons behavior. Feeling light headed while working out?

I'm 15 year old. When I weight lift in the gym I do intense workouts to build muscle. After I get done with an excerzize I feel light- headed and my muscle literally feels light as a feather (especially my legs after I do curls). I know about this thing called "runner's high" where you feel light- headed after running a lot and I think its that sort of thing. Except after the exercise my muscles feel so weak that I can barely use them- after I do curls my legs wobble when I try to run- but its back to normal after a minute or two. I feel faint, but not like I'm actually going to faint, it feels a little good actually. Is this normal? Is it bad for me at all?

When I was around 22yrs old and a single mom I use to worry about dying all the time. I feared death ALL THE TIME. I just knew I was going to die and my son would be alone. Well my son is now nearly 32yrs old. I didn't die, life went on. I'm still here. The point is, you can live in fear of dying for the next 30, 40, or 50 years. Or you can live. Either way one day we all die. You can't stop it. But do you want to find yourself 40 years down the road and find that you wasted all those years worrying about dying. Why does the Catholic church have a reputation for being really devout and stuff?

First, why are you attending a church school. If you are atheists you should never be in a church school. The catholic religion is for one things not 2000 years old as it was not invented until and started until about 130CE. It is not even 1900 years old. Another thing, I have talked with various archbishops and and had meals with them, various priests and regular bishops etc, and I know how that church operates. It is very political and it does whatever it has to do to keep its members. But, lately many have left that church, not that they are packing into other religions, they are just leaving religion. The catholic priest, I think are trained to answer the same question in about a dozen ways, depending on how much knowledge the questioner has. But yet it just goes with the flow of things and that is the way most businesses are managed and as religion is a business the catholic church tries to place good managers in leadership places. Remember they are selling false hope, plain hope and wishes so they have to have an answer no matte that the answer would be about of the same use as a bucket with many holes in its bottom. They just use whatever works at the moment.

This stuff isn'nt nothing to play with and when a person gets on this drug only drug rehab can help, or they will end up dead the fact are they have to be taken off this lightly with the help of a professional drug conselor and a Doctor, or they could die from with drawls. Also they became very slim and there liver can be damaged from the drug, and they usually don't just use this drug it's normally used with other drugs. They need upper to help them have life in them because they can't move very well with this drug and they can become very violent. There a Drug abuse programs that will call you back online. If you are concern about someone please don't help them with money to keep their habit up just try to get a close relative to put them in a in house program. I have a friend whom has a 21 old daugther in jail for the third time because of this drug even though she almost lost the use of her arm and almost died from shooting up with dirty needles. Now we are hoping htat the system will do justice and help her with her drug problem insteed of letting her out to die, or and break more laws and end back in jail again. Help with new guinea pig...Do they ever get adjusted to their new home and owner?

I bought a guinea pig about 5 days ago, and am still having a hard time with him getting adjusted. I try to get him out everyday and pet and play with him but when I do, he acts really petrified and trys to hide and wont let me cuddle him. He makes little grunting noises that makes me think he is hurting or something. I know they are supposed to be very friendly and playful animals, but I am worried he wont ever let me play with him. How long does it usually take these animals to adjust and ger comfortable? Any suggestions on how I could make it easier for him and what I could do to make him less frightened?

Kids throwing trantrum in store? 2?

I am a parent of three. I do not give into to my children and i don't take them out of the store. For the simple fact that if i were to do that they would never learn how to act in public. I take my children to the bathroom so they won't disturb anyone if its a big fit and talk to them about what they are doing wrong until they calm down. If its a huge fit i take them to the bathroom and they get a spat on the behind with an open palm (which isn't much considering they are still in pull-ups) to get there attention and then we talk it out. Small fits they usually get a warning that they will go to the bathroom. They don't misbehave that often so when they get in trouble they act as if its something new to them. hen they do throw fits it really upsets me to see people stare like i have horrible children because they are generally good kids it makes me wonder if they have kids and if they do were there kids born perfect. It also ticks me off to see parents give into there children because i wonder if one day those are the going to be the delinquents robbing my house or bullying my children in school.There parents who leave the store completely make me wonder if there beating there children out in the parking lot.
