Me and my friend own Fancy Russian Dwarf hamsters and they got in a fight. What do i do now?

We have two female hamsters and they got in a fight i guess and one has a wounded face. We have them seperated should we keep them like that for the rest of their lifes or is their any hope of them getting back together. they are in the same cage but their is a wire divider now that they can see threw to the other side...also how should we treat the wound that is on the hamsters face..it is pretty much all of the right side of its face and close to the eye...thanks for the help...
