Crush advice please!!!!!!!!!?

ok so im at the point in my life where guys are really important. i used to like a reallllllly popular and xy guy in my cl. however, i am like totally not popular. me and this guy tried being friends but it never worked cuz his popularity kept gettin in the way. now, about 8 months later, i like a guy. this time, the guy is not all that popular or hot. he is one of my best friends and always finds a way to cheer me up when i am sad. he is the sunshine in my grey world. he is funny and makes a lot of people laugh. he isnt the smartest, but neither am i. since we've been good friends, its kinda been difficult to tell him i like him. one afternoon, i braved up and told him. he asked if i was serious and i said yes. he said okay then. at school, i sit by him in the cles we hace together. now in one cl, he asks to borrow stuff such as pencils, calculators (to check his grade), workbooks if he doesnt have his, etc. in the other cl, he starts conversations with me that feel incredibly awkward cuz well i like him and he knows. the questions he asks me are random and include: how are you today, what did you have for breakfast, hows ur day been so far, how was breakfast, etc. i was telling my other friend about this and she said she thinks he might like me, but idk if he does. me abd him are both going to a halloween party and then trick or treating with a huge group of people. we text a lot, chat on facebook almost all the time when we are both on. i dont know if he likes me too or if hes just being nice cuz he knows i like him. help!!!!!!!!
