How important is it (to you) to have a baby shower

I had a baby shower for my first....and then with my 2nd, my inlaws threw a baby shower for me...well it was in lousiana, and we lived in Ga...I had to work, so my husband went to the baby shower. That was cute. Im now pregnant with #3, and I dont plan on having one this time. I would def. have one....just because if you havent had one with your other 3 pregnancies, it might be fun!!! Its always more fun when you're on the side that is getting the baby items, not buying them!! LOL
