Numbness after human bite on lower left cheek (near jaw bone) ?!!?!!?

So i know someone that got bitten on their lower left cheek near the jaw bone earlier, now they cannot feel that part of their face.. & a lot of red spots under they're eyes too. is there anything, besides gong to a doctor, that would help this and go away faster?!
