Best credit card rewards program for me?

ok I have really good credit, i'm about to spend almost $3,000 on a trip to disney plus whatever will be spending over there, so yeah I want some kind or reward for it :) we vacation at least twice a year. It's my husband, my 5 yr old and me. I don't care much for cash back I prefer airfare tickets and hotels. I pay my credit cards off every month after charging. what do u suggest?
