Do remember an old Mark Twain quote about a comet?

I'm not sure about that quote. I do know that--referring to himself--he said 'I came in with the comet, and I'm going to go out with the comet." What he meant was this: He was born when a comet (I forget which one-- Haley's?) was in the sky. He always said that he would die when the comet came back around. And he did. I haven't studied Twain in a long time, so I'm not sure I'm helping you at all, but I thought you might find this interesting.
