Hair itch situation?chin?

Sup guys I'm having this stupid problem. I decided to not shave n let my chin / sideburns grow out.. its not a lot not like I have full beard or anything. Got a small amount of facial hair. Anyways.. my chin has been hella itchy.. I don't want to shave but I'm thinking I might have to.. anything I can do to calm an itchy chin? Its almost as itchy.. well not that much but iritating like when u shave your nut hairs
