Where is power steering switch?

I drive a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser. The check engine light came on and a friend used a handheld thing to get an error code. The error code stated that something was wrong with the power steering switch. He cleared the error and added power steering fluid because it was low and he thought that might be the problem. The check engine light is on again and all fluids are fine. He suggested I find out where the power steering switch is and have a look at it. So where is the power steering switch on a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser?
