Aren't there some inventive people around? I just wanna know how to destroy a bench silently?

I live in a block in the first floor and recently right below my window where is my bed somebody hammered a bench. It's more like a plank with iron legs. Every morning 2 or 3 mothers with their babies go there and there are plenty of screaming, cries, slobbers... literally right below my head. I live mostly nightly so it is unbearable for me- 3 or 4 hours after I've gone to bed the horror is starting! So I'm asking you, clever people, how can I destroy it silently so that noboby could see me from the upper floores??!
