Forced to move, due to harring neighbors. Will my renters insurance cover it?

My family has been a victim of harrment by our neighbors since we moved in 8 months ago. We were unaware when we moved in that the main person who is harring us is mentaly unstable. She has been, creating and falsifying drama,staulking my children, spreading malicious lies, mischief, eavesdropping, voyerism, doing anything she can to get attention and trying to make herself look like she is the victim. The police have been called several times, by her mostly, again, for attention. They are at their wits end and know what she is up to. My landlord gave the O.K to move because of the situation but are unable to afford it. We do have renters insurance. Does anyone know if it covers a move, if you feel your life and your family's lives are in jeopardy? We have been threatened on 3 different occasions and recently my car engine blew up. I overheard her talking to someone on the phone, right outside my apt. about sending them a pic. of my car and lic. plate. She made sure I heard it.
