Makeover ? (pics included)?

Not finding yourself ugly is a thing only you can do. You have to learn how to love yourself for who you are and not what you look like. Guys are attracted to girls who love themselves. There is somebody for everybody out there. If you want to look more girly, I would get a new haircut with highlights(you can ask your hairstylist what the best cut for your face shape would be) and quit wearing plain t-shirts or baggy clothes(if you wear these items) and buy clothes and shoes that are feminine.
