Need help with people who can do telekinesis?

I'm a psychic. I can enter peoples minds and sometimes control them if there off guard. I've tried making objects float. I have made a hand full of water rise up but then fall again. It's the best i could do, it requires LOADS of energy. Once you do make objects move better, it will make you mentally and physically tired. I'll tel you more if you email me about it.
