Science Fair Topic Emergency!?

My science fair project has to do with dye and lichens. My problem was: Can a textile dye be extracted from lichens? I showed this to my teacher, and she said that I need to find 2 types of lichens. Where I live, there is only one kind of lichen. What am I to do? The timeline is due Tuesday, and I still don't necessarily have a project in progress. Please help! Is there any way I can still use lichens and dye, but maybe a different problem?
