Is it legally homicide to make a crazy person mad at someone if you don't suggest violence?

Imagine you really hate somebody (call him "Bob"). You have a friend or family member who is certifiably insane and occasionally homicidal when angry. You vent to your crazy comrade about all the jerky things Bob has done to you and why you hate him. You do it to make crazy comrade angry at Bob. If you never say anything to suggest crazy comrade should hurt Bob, can you be charged with homicide if crazy comrade kills him?
