Does anyone know about the pill?

I have been on the pill since i was 17, i am now 24,. I was on microgynon for a few years then changed to Yasmin for a few years. In the last 6 months ive gone from yasmin to microgynon to cerazette. I've been on cerazette for 2 weeks and have just stopped due to lower abdo pain which as been on going for months is just getting worse. ive started bleeding and the pain is just getting worse and the docs in querying Polycystic ovaries. I just want to know if its normal to continue bleeding after stopping the pill
